You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery of Service:
    If the service promised was not delivered due to a fault on our part, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Substandard Service Quality:
    If the quality of service delivered is significantly below the agreed standard (with valid proof), we may offer a partial refund upon review.
  3. Technical Failures (Company Side):
    In case of technical errors such as server downtime, call system failures, or other disruptions caused from our side, a refund may be provided depending on the severity and impact.
  4. Client-Initiated Cancellation:
    • If the client cancels before the service starts, a 70% refund will be provided.
    • If the client cancels after service commencement, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The service has already been fully delivered and consumed.
  • Client violates terms of service or engages in misuse.
  • Delays or issues caused by client-side errors (e.g., incorrect data, lack of response).
  • One-time setup fees or non-recurring charges are non-refundable.

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
