Violation of these responsibilities may result in termination or suspension of services.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made as per the invoice or service agreement.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive data and information, including customer data, project details, and business practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount the client has paid in the last 30 days.

  • Payment is not received within the grace period

  • Services are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes

Clients may cancel services with 7 days written notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
